1] The AGM of Hodnet Angling Club will be held on 5th February 2009 at Hodnet Working Men's Club at 8.00pm.

2] All members must abide by the Environment Agency Rod License rules.

3] The Chairman has the power to co-opt members onto the Committee for the duration of a meeting.

4] A Special Meeting may be called on the receipt of six member signatures.

5] Any dead or dying fish seen must be reported promply to either the Secretary, Chairman or a Committee Member.

6] A quorum for meetings shall be eight in number, including the Chairman or Vice Chairman.

7] All cases of discipline will be dealt with by a full Committee.

8] The Head Bailiff or any Committee Member has the authority to ask to be shown the Club Card for any person fishing on Club Waters. If a member cannot produce a Club Card, then that member will be asked to leave the Club Waters immediately.

9] All NEW Members will be charged a £5.00 joining fee.

10] The Club 'Fishing Season' year will run from 1st April to 31st March each year.

11] A ban on keepnets, during periods of hot weather will be at the discretion of the Committee.

12] Juniors under the age of nine years before 1st April are offered FREE Membership - BUT...they MUST have an adult member with them AT ALL TIMES for supervision.

13] NO Coarse fish are to be removed from, or taken to any Club Waters without Official confirmation.

14] All New Members will be vetted and accepted only at the discretion of the Committee.

15] There must be NO FISHING before a Club Match after Midnight of the day preceeding the Match.

16] All matches will be fished to NFA rules.

17] Spouses and Partners of paid members may use the Club Waters FREE of charge.

18] Identification must be carried at all times when fishing Club Waters. A photograph in the Club Diary is advised, but not compulsary.

19] GRANGE POOLS ONLY - Barbless hooks ONLY! Keep nets NOT allowed excepting when competing during Matches.

20] ANGLERS FISH AT THEIR OWN RISK. Watch for overhead cables! and don't fall in!

21 ] A vote of no confidence in the Chairman, Secretary or Treasurer of the Club, can only be obtained by 100% majority vote at the AGM.

22] NIGHT FISHING - is only permitted if accompanied by a Committee Member.

23] Juniors under the age of 16 years MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a Senior Card Holder, Parent or Guardian.

24] ALL litter is prohibited! Anyone found to be leaving litter on Club Waters will be banned.

25] All Club members must show consideration to land owner's property at all times. On no account should a member leave litter, damage farmer's crops, damage fences, damage hedges, or damage gates. Disciplinary action will be taken against those member(s) who do not abide by the country code.

26] There will be NO CANS of any description allowed on any Club Waters. If a member is found to be bringing cans of any kind, then that member will be banned from the Club.

27] All Club Matches will incur a £5.00 or £10.00 pool in matches.

28] When fishing in Club Matches, a two keepnet rule will be enforced. When pleasure fishing ,fish over 3lbs should be returned to the pool and NOT retained in keepnets.
